15th ORİTEK Workshop was held

The 15th ORİTEK Workshop was held at Bursa Technical University (BTU) under the themes “Artificial Intelligence in Forestry” and “In Memory of Prof. Dr. Abdullah Emin Akay.” The 15th Forest Construction, Transportation, and Technologies (ORİTEK) Workshop was held on Friday, June 26, 2026, in the Dean’s Meeting Room of the BTU Faculty of Forestry.

This meaningful event, which brought together the sharing of scientific knowledge, professional solidarity, and the memory of our esteemed professor, Prof. Dr. Abdullah Emin Akay, addressed many current topics ranging from artificial intelligence applications in forestry to remote sensing, and from Google Earth Engine projects to smart forestry technologies.
